Dates the surgery is closed around Christmas and New Year-

If you have an urgent medical enquiry on any of the dates in which we are closed, please call:
NHS 111- Out of hours medical advice and they will advise you on what to do.
999- In life threatening emergencies.
Go to A&E- In emergencies.
Klinik update-
Just a reminder that we are now using the Klinik system, so if you need to request an appointment, please fill out the form accessible via the website.
When filling out the form please DO NOT use your NHS login, it will not work, and we will not receive your form.
Klinik are currently working to try and integrate the platform onto the NHS app, this is currently still undergoing testing and is not yet up and running.
If you cannot access the internet or require assistance in filling out the form, a member of staff will be happy to assist you. You can either call the surgery and we can fill it out with you or alternatively, we can fill it out with you in the surgery via our tablet in the waiting room.
On the days in which we are closed over the Christmas/ New Year period, the Klinik system will be disabled, it will be back to normal when the surgery is open again. If you require medical attention or advice when we are closed, please see the contacts listed above.
URINE SAMPLES-
Please do not bring in a urine sample unless a clinician has requested it.
We have had several patients bringing in urine samples without having had a clinician requesting it.
If you bring a sample into the surgery and it has not been requested, we cannot take it from you.
If you are symptomatic and think you require it being tested, please fill out a Klinik form, and a member of staff will get in touch with you.
