Dear patients
It is with great sadness that we need to let you know that our dear beloved colleague Jackie sadly passed away last week, surrounded by her family after a short illness.
Jackie worked at the Health Centre for many years, dedicating her life to helping others and will be well and truly missed by us all.
Our thoughts are with Jackie's family and loved ones, and we know many of you will be remembering her and her kindness.
